This comprehensive course has been designed to provide Fitness-Wellness & healthcare professionals with the knowledge and tools needed to take a holistic approach to obesity management, addressing both the physical and psychological factors that contribute to obesity. Obesity is a complex condition with a range of physical and psychological causes, and a holistic approach addresses both the mind and the body to ensure long-term success.
