The Four Week Live Online Ayurvedic Nutrition Course is an in-depth program designed to introduce students to the principles of Ayurvedic nutrition and help them develop a deeper understanding of how to use food as medicine. The course students will be introduced to the basics of Ayurveda and its core principles related to nutrition. They will learn about the three doshas (Vata, Pitta, and Kapha) and how they affect the body, as well as the concept of Agni (digestive fire) and how it relates to the digestion and assimilation of food.
The course will provide you with an in-depth understanding of the six tastes (sweet, sour, salty, pungent, bitter, and astringent) and how they relate to the doshas. Participants will also learn about the concept of Prakriti (individual constitution) and how it affects the type of food and diet that is best suited for each person. Through this Four Week Online certificate course, you will be able to gain knowledge and enhance your skills to apply basic Ayurvedic principles in your daily lives especially while eating or cooking food. By the end of the course you’ll be able to give professional diet & nutrition consultancy to your clients as well.
